Golf: A Metaphor For Writing—Good and Bad

For some inexplicable reason, at the age of 52 I have decided to try my hand at golf. A Q&A on my recently released novel, Tripp Unleashed

Where did you get the idea for this novel? You know, I wish I could remember. I just know that I wanted to write a story about a young man struggling to overcome a health-related issue and somehow rising above it to realize some kind of destiny. I didn’t set out to write a superhero origin story; the story just kind of evolved into that.
